Linda Hammond



San Antonio artist Linda Hammond is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.

She is a Signature Member of: San Antonio Watercolor Group; Texas Watercolor Society; National Watercolor Society; and Western Federation of Watercolor Societies.
She was honored as Artist of the Year in 1997 by the San Antonio Art League and Museum.
She is a Docent Emeritus of the Mc Nay Art Museum, San Antonio.
Her work was included in Texas Watercolor Society's Fiftieth Anniversary Show at the San Antonio Museum of Art.

She has won numerous awards during her career, including a First Place Award in First Frontier Collage Society (Austin, TX)
and Best of Show awards in the following:
Hill Country Arts Foundation (Ingram, TX),

Texas Watercolor Society (San Antonio, TX)
San Antonio Watercolor Group,
San Antonio Art League and Museum, and
Western Federation of Watercolor Societies.
